About VoiceLink Referrals
VoiceLink is a private referral platform that connects trusted connectors with speaking opportunities for Andre Fluellen. Connectors earn commission when a submitted lead turns into a paid speaking engagement.
Referral Compliance
Connectors are independent referrers and are responsible for disclosing any relationship they have with the organization being referred.
VoiceLink does not authorize or pay bribes, kickbacks, undisclosed commissions, or improper referral fees.
Connectors may not submit referrals in a way that violates the policies of their employer, client, school district, government agency, healthcare organization, or any other organization.
If a connector is an employee, officer, board member, contractor, vendor, purchasing decision-maker, or agent of the organization being referred, VoiceLink may require written approval from that organization before any commission can be paid.
Commission Eligibility
Referral commissions are only paid on eligible leads that result in a signed agreement and received payment.
VoiceLink reserves the right to deny, reduce, or withhold commission payments if a referral:
- Creates a conflict of interest
- Violates the referred organization's policies
- Violates applicable law
- Is a duplicate lead
- Contains false information
- Was not properly submitted through VoiceLink
Commission Status Definitions
The lead has been submitted and needs admin review before commission eligibility is finalized.
The admin has reviewed the lead and approved it as eligible for commission if the deal closes and payment is received.
The connector has a relationship with the referred organization, or there is a possible conflict of interest. Written approval may be needed before commission can be paid.
The lead can still be pursued as a business opportunity, but the connector is not eligible for commission.
The referral or commission request has been denied due to conflict, policy issue, legal concern, duplicate lead, bad information, or another reason.
How VoiceLink Referrals Work
- You identify a qualified speaking opportunity at an organization you know.
- You submit the lead through VoiceLink with all required information.
- You make a warm introduction connecting Andre Fluellen or VoiceLink to your contact.
- VoiceLink handles the follow-up, proposal, contract, and delivery.
- When the client pays, your commission is calculated and paid according to these terms.
Commission Rate
Standard connectors earn 15% of the speaker fee for eligible referrals that result in a paid speaking engagement. Premium connectors may qualify for higher rates.
